France to ban use of wild animals in circuses and marine parks

[해외 소식] 프랑스가 이동식 서커스의 야생동물 쇼와 수족관에서의 돌고래와 범고래 사육 모두 금지시키기로 했습니다. 이제는 인간과 야생동물과의 관계를 새롭게 정립할 때가 되었다고 선언한 것입니다.



프랑스 환경장관은 기자회견에서 곰, 호랑이, 사자, 코끼리 등 야생동물을 이용한 서커스를 앞으로 수년 내에 금지시키도록 빠른 시간 안에 조치를 취기로 했으며, 프랑스 내 세 군데의 수족관 모두에서 돌고래와 범고래의 시설 내 번식과 신규 도입을 즉각 금지하여 고래류 사육 자체를 원천 차단하기로 했습니다.
